Mitch grew up on the Northern Beaches and has been following Jesus closely since he was 20. He is married to Suz and together they have two beautiful boys, Jamie and Clay. Mitch has been in ministry for 12 years, serving in churches both in Sydney and overseas. After feeling called by God to come back to the beaches, he started as Lead Pastor of Anchor Northern Beaches in January 2026 and can’t wait to see many people find hope and home in Jesus.

Aaron is married to Lara, and together they recently welcomed their child, Noah, into the world. He completed his Master of Divinity at SMBC while serving as a Student Pastor at Anchor Beaches. Having grown up in the area, Aaron was thrilled to be part of the core team that launched Anchor Beaches in July 2022.

If you would like to visit our gathering on a Sunday morning there is some parking accessible directly outside the church building and plenty of street parking in and around Stella St, Collaroy Plateau.
